Hours: 16 hours per week over 2 days – initially Tuesday & Thursday changing to Monday & Thursday in August 2018

As College Administrator you will have a key role to play in the accurate and efficient administration of the College Office, supporting the Chief Executive and Trustees. Key duties include dealing professionally and confidentially with tutors and students, ensuring that courses are planned and delivered to the highest quality.
This is a busy and varied role and the successful candidate will have excellent administration skills, be able to plan, organise and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines, respond promptly to queries and solve problems working both as part of the team and on their own initiative. Experience of using IT systems and packages, in particular Microsoft Office is required. Good interpersonal skills, in particular when taking telephone enquiries is essential, along with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
