Associate sought for Norfolk practice

We are looking for a replacement associate for 2-3 days a week starting at the Tacolneston practice on Tuesday, Wednesday and progressing into Thursday. There is support on a Tuesday and mentorship with Yvonne who has 39 years experience, treating mothers, babies, children & adults using all osteopathy with a bias towards Cranial Osteopathy (with Biodynamics, Paediatric Biodynamics, the SCCO Pathway and a Paediatric Osteopathic Diploma).
The position is for a self-employed osteopath, from March or earlier, that would like to benefit from the pre-existing patient lists in one and possible two locations and would enjoy working in this type of practice.
The Norfolk Osteopathic Clinics are friendly, osteopathic practices with reception cover.
The Tacolneston and Aylsham practices have been established for over 22 years.
Tacolneston serves a large rural area of South Norfolk and has a purpose- built treatment and reception, waiting area and toilet, with onsite parking.
Aylsham is in North Norfolk set in a practice house with onsite parking, waiting area and there maybe availability to work here as well. Must have own transport as this is a rural area.

Positive aspects: Enthusiasm to expand & build your Osteopathic & Cranial skills and be supported with mentoring from an experienced Principal (Covid dependant at present).
Previous work experience would help you maintain the patient list.
Education: A degree in Osteopathy, a knowledge and practice of Cranial osteopathy with an idea to progress to treat teenagers, children and babies. Good communication skills. Empathy & an ability to discuss modern ideas to help patients and families. To be able to work, learn, and discuss as a team.
